We recommend booking at least 5–7 business days in advance for smaller events (under 50 guests) and 10–14 days for larger events. For weekend bookings and premium packages, earlier is always better to secure your preferred date.

Absolutely. We offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free pizza options. Please note any dietary requirements in your booking form or contact us directly so we can plan accordingly. We take allergen requests seriously and will clearly label items at your event.

Starter packages include free delivery within 15 miles of our Downers Grove location. Party packages cover up to 30 miles. Premium packages include delivery anywhere within the state of Illinois. Additional delivery fees may apply beyond those distances — contact us for a custom quote.

Yes! Each package includes a selection of pizza styles based on the tier. You choose which pizzas from our menu to include, and we'll make sure there's something for everyone. The Premium package offers full flexibility with unlimited variety.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. For rescheduling requests, we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, a 25% deposit is required to confirm and hold your catering date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and PayPal. Our catering coordinator will send you a payment link after confirming your booking details.
